Accessibility Statement

39 Puffin House is a first floor self catering apartment in Broadhaven which has 2 bedrooms and is not suitable for wheelchair users. Open all year round. The nearest large town is Haverfordwest. Tesco groceries can be delivered online. Access is via Puffin Shuttle bus or car. Approached off B4341. Taxis readily available. British Rail station in Haverfordwest. Turn left to Puffin Way. No 39 is the first blue building on your left.

Arrival and car parking

Parking is allocated and the space for No 39 is adjacent to the building and in front of the bin store with the blue door. The area is paved and there is a second shared visitors parking space as well. Level access to front door. Our allocated space is just a few yards from the main entrance.

Main entrance & Internal

Access into hallway through wide (800mm) door. Stairs leading up to No 39 – 7 steps, small landing and 7 more steps. Doorway into No 39 is off a hall (3mt x 2.5mt) shared with No 41 and No 43. Pushchairs can be safely stored here. Timed stairs lights have push on switches and are easily accessible.

Passageway leads into main living room with sofa, 2 Poang chairs, dining table which can be extended plus chairs, TV DVD and leads onto small but well equipped kitchen. Plenty of children’s games, videos, puzzles and books plus tourist information stored in a pine cupboard. This room has lots of natural light and the three windows all have blinds. Kitchen appliances are integrated including the large fridge freezer – storage cupboards at ground and eye level.

Door into bathroom is 750 mm and bath has shower overhead. The bathroom is small but has a large airing cupboard one end. Folding panel shower screen. Two handles on bath.

Two bedrooms are adjacent to each other and are at the end of the passageway. Heaters stick out into both rooms near doorway by approx 12mm. One double bed and two twin beds. Travel cot can be used in either room. Carpets throughout.

External

Car parking as above. Access to the small shared and fenced garden around the property is via a small gate. Lighting externally is on a timer switch.

Terms and Conditions

Once a booking is made should unforseen circumstances occur and we are unable to let 39 Puffin House we shall refund in full. Should unforseen circumstances occur and you are unable to stay as arranged we shall refund in full less £25 admin charges - provided we can re let at the same rate.
